Private Coaching · Available now
One-to-one coaching with me, informed by Eating Psychology, behaviour and self-care. We look at your food patterns and the things around them: identity, body image, confidence, habits and the wider life you want to be living.
Goals and challenges are there if they help you. They aren’t prescribed for everyone.
Online, by Zoom. Wherever you are.
Two ways to work with me

£149/month
Support is through your sessions and weekly check-in. There is no unlimited messaging.
1. Short questionnaire. Choose your plan and answer a few quick questions.
2. Secure payment. You go straight to Stripe to pay for your first month.
3. I review and confirm. Once your payment is confirmed, I check coaching suits what you’re looking for and that I have space, then email your welcome, coaching agreement, a private intake form, booking details and your Let’s Thrive access. If it isn’t the right fit, or I have no place, you’re refunded in full before anything begins.
There’s no expectation that you stay forever. Many people find a few months useful to build momentum, but there is no minimum term.
Coaching is billed monthly. You can cancel before your next payment date and you won’t be charged again. If coaching isn’t suitable or I have no place, you’re refunded in full before services begin, in line with the coaching agreement.
Already paying £15 for Let’s Thrive? Tell me on the questionnaire. Coaching includes Let’s Thrive, so your separate £15 subscription needs to be switched off, but only with your permission. I’ll arrange that with you after your coaching payment is confirmed, so you aren’t charged twice.
Coaching is personal development. It is not therapy, eating-disorder treatment, medical advice or clinical counselling. If you are struggling with an eating disorder or your health, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional. Prefer the community only? See Let’s Thrive.
